gather in circle together at sunset and moonrise, grounding in the elements, feet sinking into sand and surf, co-creating community, magic, and healing, drawing on ecstatic dance traditions and earth-based ritual.

Join the magic as we dance ‘round the fire pot by the sea, with eagles flying overhead and curious seals swimming close to shore. Good Medicine!

- Music is eclectic, in an ecstatic dance form, taking you up to release and bringing you down to connect with the quiet in you & in the land.
We begin in a circle, set intentions for the next cycle, then share a spiral dance and an ecstatic dance wave. Sometimes we are blessed to have guest vocalists or musicians at the end of the dance wave.
