Judging Criteria

Vendors and Exhibitors will be evaluated based on:

* Booth Presentation & Decor – Create an attractive, welcoming, and visually appealing booth.
* Product Excellence – Showcase your best products, quality, and unique offerings.
* Customer Engagement – Demonstrate creative ways to interact with visitors, like, product demonstrations, games, activities, or other engaging experiences.
* Overall Visitor Experience – Make your booth memorable and enjoyable for event attendees.

How to Win

The winners will be determined through visitor voting throughout the event.

* All event attendees are invited to vote for their favorite vendors.
* Voting will take place over both days of the event.
* Visitors may cast their votes by:
* Dropping a completed ballot at the Bayanihan / VFCA Community Tent, or
* Scanning the QR code for online voting (to be launched on the event day).
