Join the Company singers of Valley Vocal Arts for an unforgettable evening of music, storytelling, laughter, heartbreak, hope, and honesty as we explore the confessions hidden inside some of musical theatre’s most beloved songs.

From unspoken love and impossible dreams to long-held regrets, guilty pleasures, and truths that can no longer stay hidden, each performer will take you inside a character’s deepest revelation.

Some confessions are funny.
Some are heartbreaking.
Some are shocking.
And some might sound surprisingly familiar.

🌸LOCAL SINGERS… THIS IS YOUR MOMENT! 🌸

If you’ve been around these parts for a while, you probably already know Valley Vocal Arts (since 2003) and Melina Schein & Big Apple Productions(since 2010)...

And if you’ve ever thought:
“I wish I had the courage to sing…”
“I used to sing and miss it…”
“I want something creative and exciting in my life again…”

This is your window.

A few spots have opened up in my Spring Valley Vocal Arts semester (April–June), and this is one of the rare times I’m able to welcome new singers into this long-running group.

Let's be clear:
-This is not intimidating.
-This is not competitive.
-This is not just for “trained” singers.

This is a room full of adults who:

✨ love music

✨ want to improve their voices

✨ want to feel more confident

✨ want a sense of community

✨ and want to actually ENJOY singing again!

Some have never performed before.
Some have decades of experience.
Everyone belongs.

Each week we:

🎶 Warm up together

🎶 Work on songs you genuinely LOVE

🎶 Learn technique in a practical, supportive way

🎶 And (when you’re ready) sing in a safe, encouraging space

And at the end…

✨ we celebrate with a fun, low-pressure Cabaret Night performance ✨ (we do lots of other types of shows throughout the year as well, but for this semester, it's a glorious, all-out Cabaret eve!)

You guys…I am SO ridiculously proud I can barely contain myself.

My son Justin Moore (yes, that Justin) who has quietly (and not so quietly 😏) built himself into a viral vocal chameleon with 2 MILLION followers across his platforms, has just launched something HUGE.

🎤 🎶 The Vocal Lab is officially OPEN.

I don’t say this lightly: This is YEARS of dedication, experimentation, trial-and-error, and real-world experience poured into one place.

If you have EVER:
– Thought your voice “isn’t good enough”
– Wanted to sound like your favourite artists
– Felt stuck, confused, or overly “trained out” of your natural voice
– Or secretly dreamed of singing freely and confidently…

Something BIG is coming…🎭

In the months since our Rocky Horror Reunion Show, ideas have been brewing: behind the scenes conversations, collaborations, dreaming, planning…all leading to a musical announcement I cannot wait to share with you.

This will be a first for Big Apple, and a first for the North Okanagan!

Bold. Ambitious. Community-driven. Electrifying. The kind of project that brings people together and reminds us why live musical theatre matters so much.
