How to starch a crocheted snowflake

01/07/2026

Behind the scenes at Mellow Mushrooms.
Short process clips - crocheting, shaping, and finishing a snowflake.
Quiet work, simple materials, careful hands.

This is how Pierrot appears.

First, just yarn in my hands.

Then hours of work, stitching, shaping, adjusting details.

What lands in my hands at the end is a finished crocheted doll, fully handmade and one of a kind.

No magic, just a process you usually don’t see 🤫

Wishing you a gentle New Year filled with small joys, quiet moments, and handmade magic ✨🍄
