Tyler of CarveWel Creations has been carving professionally for five years after spending nearly two decades working in the cabinetry industry. Since entering the carving world, he has quickly built an impressive competition resumé throughout Canada with multiple podium finishes, People’s Choice awards, and Carver’s Choice honors.

Tyler has competed at major Canadian events including Chetwynd, Hope, and the Western Canadian Championship — earning a 2nd place finish at the Western Canadian Championship and strong placements throughout his carving career.

Now looking to expand beyond the Canadian carving circuit, Tyler is excited to experience ODCCC for the first time after being encouraged by fellow carver Steve Backus to apply.
