09/10/2026
Dear Racers, Volunteers, and Speedway Supporters,
We are sorry to announce that the Vegreville Speedway race scheduled for September 12, 2026, has been cancelled.
After careful consideration, we have made this decision due to a combination of factors, including an insufficient number of pre-registered racers, the forecast for very cool weather, and the fact that many of our valued volunteers are farmers who are hoping to get their crops off the fields.
We know this is disappointing, and it is not a decision we made lightly. We truly appreciate everyone who has supported Vegreville Speedway this season.
If you submitted a registration and payment, THANK YOU! Your entry fee will be refunded.
We would also like to extend a huge thank-you to all of our racers, spectators, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters who have helped make Vegreville Speedway possible. We couldn't do it without you!
Please watch for an announcement about our Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the new year. We encourage everyone who loves racing and wants to see Vegreville Speedway continue to grow to come out, get involved, and be part of the future of the Speedway.
Thank you again for your understanding and continued support.
Vegreville Speedway
