Meet Emily Kewageshig — Anishinaabe artist from Saugeen First Nation, Ontario.

She left home at 17 to chase art in Toronto, and came full circle: her first solo exhibition was titled "Full Circle," and in 2020 she brought her education and career home to her community. Her joyous, high-energy work — vivid colour and bold graphic lines — explores cycles, balance, and the interconnectedness of all living things.
