About Me
Flourishing in an environment full of art, I was inspired from a young age to creatively incorporate color and design in my work. I studied fashion design in Iraq where I acquired a multitude of technical and artistic skills that allowed me to gain the confidence needed to become a unique and creative artist. After working in the field of fashion for a few years, I discovered the exquisite and charming qualities of glass art.
After raising three children, it was about time I did something for myself, making it the perfect opportunity to start my own business, Mayart Design. I consider art as being therapeutic and therefore I hope you enjoy my work as much as I actively enjoy creating it!
