A familiar face. A new role. A big moment for EJSE.

We’re proud to welcome Ryan McLeod to our ownership team as Partner, alongside co-founders Elliot Kravetz and Terry Holdershaw.

Ryan joined EJSE AV in April 2025 as Account Manager, bringing more than 25 years of experience in professional AV and live events. From founding Cosmo Music’s Pro Division to building a long-standing working relationship and friendship with Elliot, his connection to this team runs deep.

This next step builds on years of shared experience, trust, and getting the work done together.

Congratulations, Ryan. Excited for what we’ll build next.

Building the big picture, one panel at a time.

Here’s one of many BTS looks we have at the process of constructing an LED video wall for a corporate event. From the initial build and cabling to testing and the final display, our team makes sure every detail is ready before the guests arrive.

That’s corporate AV in action.
