A few spots are still available for The Dōjin Japanese Arts Society nerikō workshops on February 1 and February 28. This year's new formulations Jijū 侍従 and Aouma 白馬 offer two contrasting yet complementary scents for participants to sample.

Step back in time with us on Saturday, April 26, when we return to the historic Roedde House Museum this time offering a traditional Japanese incense experience with The Dōjin Japanese Arts Society. After an introduction and overview of Japanese incense culture in the parlour, we will gather around the dining room table for a scent-matching game that will test your ability to distinguish among three different naturally aromatic woods. We are looking forward to sharing this contemplative experience in this special space.
