UBC Opera mourns the loss of our dear friend and supporter, Iain Taylor. Iain was often referred to as the Majordomo, a cunning bartender, or a grumpy janitor in our productions. He took part in more performances with UBC Opera than we can count! If there was a door to be opened, Iain was there! Always smiling, always acting and always eager to be onstage with our ensemble. Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time. To our Alumni, please share your fondest memories of Iain with us in the comments below.
