0.5 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
0.25 oz Crème de Violette
2 dashes Scrappy's Black Lemon Bitters

Stir with ice. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with an edible viola.

1 oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes Scrappy's Black Lemon Bitters
Soda

Shake first 5 ingredients. Strain into a collins glass over ice. Top with soda. Garnish with candied grapefruit peel.
