We have been finding our rhythm, discovering who we are as a community, and settling into the groove together. 🌲

Now it’s clear: this is just the beginning, and we’re so grateful to be dancing this path with you 🕺

At Roots & Rhythm there are no expectations of you! 🤗 We warmly welcome you when arriving late, and we are totally cool if you leave early! Just flow🍃

✨SCHEDULE FOR MAY 20✨

🚪 Doors open at 6:45.

🐒 Come early and move with us - with an optional warm up with (6:45-7:10)

👐 Open the circle

🕺 1.5 hour DJ set with

💫 20-30 minute sound bath

👋 We will say our thank you’s & goodbyes after the sound bath (finishing around 9:20) you are welcome to sneak out if you’re wanting to carry the peaceful energy into your sleep 😴

🎤 Option to stay for a high-vibe hip hop set & freestyle

🌈 Lift your energy back up and stay to hang out and connect after the dance! 🎶
