Woodland Sound Studio WSS is a humble, low-cost, and high quality recording studio for all kinds of recording purposes. Lo Come check us out!

WSS was founded by Jesse Waldman, who later added Neal Miskin, David Spidel, and Michael Simpsonelli. Together they combined their recording equipment and skills to create a fine recording studio in the heart of Commercial Drive. Over the years, they have recorded artists such as; The Living, David Martone, Barnaby Jones, Blackberry Wood, Myles Bigelow, CR Avery, Jess Hill, Monica Lee, Phatty Phatty and the Roaches, and many others from varying styles.

Spent the weekend with Ghazm, who write thoughtful, groovy, and intense ambient music, their double vinyl release will available later this year! This trio consists of an acoustic guitarist who removes all expectations of what an acoustic guitar should sound like, through numerous effects processes and a custom guitar/bass amp. Joining the fleet are 3 Nintendo DSs running Korg music software, and heavily looped and effected throat singing. Definitely worth checking out!
