We are still reflecting on a tremendous finale to our season on the iconic Kitsilano Showboat stage. This year, the Vancouver Performing Stars community reached heights and we couldn’t be prouder of the hard work our students put in.
✨Competitive Teams: Brought home multiple awards through dedication and teamwork.
✨Musical Companies & Choir: Delivered show-stopping ensemble and solo performances, including standout moments at the Kiwanis Music Festival and at the York Theatre.
✨Professional Stages: Several of our young performers represented VPS on professional theatre stages across Vancouver this year.

Behind every great performance is a passionate leader. Congratulations to our incredible Director of Dance, Rebecca Evans, on her 3rd choreography win of the year! Thank you for pushing our dancers to be their absolute best and being a role model who leads with so much heart and creativity. Winning three choreography awards in a single season is an unbelievable feat, but seeing how hard she works behind the scenes, it’s no surprise at all. We love you, Rebecca! 👏

Huge congratulations to all the performers at this year’s Vancouver Kiwanis Music Festival! 🎶✨
We are bursting with pride for our VPS students and the entire community of young artists who shared their talent and hard work. It is truly incredible to see the level of talent in our city!
🎙️An enormous thank you and congratulations to Eliza De Castro and our entire team of dedicated voice teachers at VPS. Your tireless work day in and day out is what makes these performances possible, and we are so grateful for the extraordinary guidance you provide our students.
🌟We also want to extend a huge thank you to the adjudicators for their invaluable feedback.
Bravo to all the performers —we can’t wait to see what’s next for these rising stars! 👏🎤
