THE PLOT
Dr. Henry Jekyll is a brilliant scientist frustrated by dull “respectable” life in 1888 Victorian London. He creates a formula to unleash his inner be***al nature, transforming him into the brutish but oddly compassionate Edward Hyde. Hyde lives the high life while Jekyll’s middle-aged normalcy continues — until Hyde’s passions begin to turn up a body count. This intimate version of Robert Louis Stevenson’s science fiction classic features two haunting chorus characters, who speed along the action, play many supporting roles, and speak to Jekyll as the voices in his head, spurring him toward triumph and tragedy. A haunting, transcendental exploration of man’s inner doppelganger. The consequences of unleashing one’s moral inhibitions is a theme of universal fascination – Canadian Premiere. THE STARS

For anyone trying to buy tickets to our play for TONIGHT or any other night though Eventbrite: Tickets for ALL shows are STILL available on line! The page is confusing people and making them think that only Sunday Matinee is available! Not true! So here is how to navigate it (See photos below!):
1) If you want to come on the same day or night that your are doing the transaction, just select the green "TICKETS" button. OR If you want to come on a different day or evening than the day you are doing the transaction, just select the "Select a different date" button and select the performance you want to attend from the drop-down list. (the window will refresh and you then select the green "TICKETS" button. Click it.)
2) In either case...Now a white pop-up window will appear that will have "Sunday Matinee (2pm Show)" at the top. (See 1st photo) HERE IS WHERE PEOPLE ARE (UNDERSTANDABLY) GETTING LOST... YOU NOW NEED TO SCROLL DOWN THAT POP-UP PAGE TILL YOU SEE "REGULAR ADMISSION" AND SELECT HOW MANY TICKETS YOU WANT IN DROP-DOWN LIST TO THE RIGHT OF THAT (See 2nd photo). This will open a new page that will have the correct date of your choice displayed right under the name of our show. Verify that this is the date and time you want to attend and finish your purchase. Alternatively you can call the Box Office for tickets at: 604-732-7773. Sorry for the confusion. We did not set up this page and it seems this is an confusing Eventbrite default. We are investigating and trying to get it corrected. Thank you and we hope to see you at the show!

Hi all Sherlock Fans, We are changing the name of our page to that of our theater company: Theater Crossing Artists' Collective. We will still maintain our archive and all our posts here from our production of Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Jersey Lily for your enjoyment. We will now feature our latest and future theatre productions on this page. We hope you will all stay subscribed to our postings. NOTICE! WE ARE BOTH HAPPY AND SAD! OUR RESERVATION PHONE LINES AND ADVANCE BOX OFFICE ARE NOW CLOSED! WE ARE HAPPY THAT WE COMPLETELY SOLD OUT OF TICKETS FOR TONIGHT'S CLOSING PERFORMANCE! We are very sad if you were unable to see us during the run of Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Jersey Lily! Keep checking back to this site occasionally, as we will keep you posted of any developments regarding the filming and broadcasting of this play or another run of this play in another location, if we are lucky enough to get invited to do so by one of the bigger theatres. We are so grateful for your interest in our production and we have strong hopes that you will be able to see us perform this fantastic story sometime in the near future!
