Well, that’s a wrap Seattle Int Latin Dance Festival. Thanks to Robert Basteri for inviting me to MC this great event! I had a chance to work with a great team (Randy and Robby), reconnect with old friends and share my love of the stage with all the great attendee. Macarena baby!! The Northwest is very fortunate to have this great event so we can dance all night, learn all day and for some, perform on this great stage. I’m tired, my muscles are sore and I’m full of a whole lot of gratitude. Also quick shoutout to my good friends Amber and Will who made Seattle their first International Latin Dance Festival. Let’s do this next year with even more dancers from the Island! 🔥💃🕺🏼

Hi All,
I am excited to offer my first product: Understanding Your Team Through Play.
"The purpose of this workshop is to give teammates opportunities to play. But not just play - to engage in exercises that, while super fun, foster risk-taking, communication, and team building. The outcome is increased creativity, a deeper and more authentic connection with your teammates, and a greater awareness of the unique strengths and perspectives each member brings to the team."
I would love the opportunity to engage with your team. Please PM me for details.

Just over a month ago I was asked to model for a very talented make-up artist Isis Gc. This was the result. Funny what happens when you say "Yes" to random things in life. :-) Thanks for thinking of me Jennifer. :-)

Roughly 11 months ago, I wandered into a musical improv class taught by Jennifer Pielak and Peter Abando. I had just started taking improv classes, and thought improvising songs with scenes sounded like the scariest, yet potentially the most fun thing in the world.
Last night, along with some of the craziest, talented and fun people I know, and with the love and support of Peter and Jennifer, we performed a 45 minute improvised musical. It was nothing short of magical and in the end I just wanted more.
I am so appreciative for what musical improv has given to my life. Prior to these classes, the last time I really sang (outside of the odd drunken Karaoke night) was when I was 18. I knew I had a loud booming voice and if I sang people would then be in a place to judge me about something I wasn't entirely sure about, and why the hell would I want to do that. But guess what, Jennifer and Peter got me to sing, and not just that, but sing songs that were entirely made up on the spot, and nothing bad happened. In fact, people liked them, and even more important, I liked them. Now I can't stop.

If you have the opportunity, take a class with Jennifer Pielak and Peter Abando, (www.jenniferpielak.com) I guarantee you won't regret it.

To song and play!
