Getting very excited for the Hot Docs Documentary Film Festival! Between April 23 and May 3, 115 documentaries from 51 countries will be screened in Toronto.

I am particularly excited to watch Ceremony - an important film connecting environmental damage, colonialism, and hope for a better future.

After 12 years in the making, 𝐶𝑒𝑟𝑒𝑚𝑜𝑛𝑦, a feature documentary directed by Banchi Hanuse, is headed to the SXSW Film & TV Festival for its world premiere in March 2026 in Austin, Texas.

From Nuxalk Radio in Bella Coola, an inquiry into the vanished ooligan run unravels a buried history of erasure and ignites the quiet revolution of a Nation that refuses to disappear.
