Paris goes straight, and one very buff influencer has to find a cure 🌈💉 /// Advance screening of JIM QUEEN, the VIFF 2026 Audience Award winner from directors Marco Nguyen and Nicolas Athané. Jim is a handsome, shallow, ultra-muscular gay influencer who gets infected with a drug that causes heterosexuality, so he teams up with a closeted fan, Lucien, to find a cure before his online clout runs out. Three kids are sure a neighbouring house is alive and out to get them, and with Halloween coming and trick-or-treaters heading its way, they have to take it down. Seven chances to lose your virginity at the movies, one prop bag each, and zero rice 🎭💋 /// THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW returns to the Rio for Rockytober, the way it's meant to be seen - on the big screen, in the dark, with a raucous crowd who are just as into it as you are. When Brad and Janet break down in an isolated spot, they end up at the mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, who unveils his latest creation through elaborate dances and rock songs. Costumes and audience participation are encouraged, there's a costume contest with prizes, and your ticket includes a prop bag (no rice or confetti, please).
