It was such a special feeling to share my gift at a festival in my own hometown. There was something beautiful about the intimate and welcoming atmosphere of Synapse 🙏 Dancing together, connecting through music, and creating a space where everyone could simply be themselves.
I’m deeply grateful for all the new connections, conversations, smiles and shared moments!!

Thank you Synapse Festival and everyone who danced, listened, connected and co-created this beautiful space with me.

Synapse FestivalでエクスタティックダンスDJをしました✨🪩🫶

20年前に上京し、海外へ移住し、たくさんのジャーニーを経て、地元福岡のフェスに出演できるということがまず何より嬉しかいです！

そんなSynapse Festivalはアットホームな空間で満たされ、安心安全な場でした。そのため自由に音楽に身をゆだねて、踊って、笑って、いろんな人と繋がって、そこにいる一人ひとりのエネルギーが少しずつ重なって、ひとつの空間が創られていってました。
新しい出会いや会話、たくさんの笑顔。この場所で一緒に時間を過ごせたことに、心から感謝しています🙏
地元のフェスに関われたこと、そしてここからまた新しい繋がりが生まれたことが本当に嬉しいです。

Tenjin Showtime in Fukuoka ✨🪩🫶✨
It’s a part of MCT 🪷

I left Fukuoka in 2006 and then left Japan in 2013. Then I move back to Fukuoka in 2025.

After a long journey, I really wanted to share my gift with people in my hometown Fukuoka!!

During the journey, I learnt there are moments when music becomes more than music. I know music definitely has power to make this world much better. We get healed, energized, and connected. I hope my music can be a small part of it 🙏

I’m deeply grateful for everyone who showed up and enjoyed it!! See you again soon 🤍✨

ミュージックシティ天神のプログラムの一部として開催され、ワンビルの広場という天神のど真ん中で演奏してきました！

福岡を離れたのが2006年の時、日本を離れたのが2013年。長い旅を経て福岡に帰ってきたのが2025年。なので、実は地元福岡県民に音楽を聴いてもらいたい想いは密かに強かったりします✨

そんな長い旅の間、音楽が、ただ「聴くもの」ではなくなる瞬間があるということを学びました。音楽は人を癒し、勇気を与え、深い信頼の下繋がる。これは世界をより良い方向に向かうと信じて止みません！！

There are inner journey and outer journey.
We went to both journeys and found peace in hearts.

カカオを味わいながら、声を重ね、音に身をゆだねて、少しずつ心と身体がほどけていく。
歌って、踊って、感じて。

自分の内側と外側のどちらにも旅するような時間。そこに集まったみんなのエネルギーがひとつになっていく瞬間にとても深い感謝の気持ちがあります。

また今年で2回目のGAIA。より深くより広く感じれた3日間でした！みんな、ありがとう🤍

It was a Charity Live for Kumamoto earthquake relief and recovery. The music donation reached to ¥18,290 (around USD120) 🫶

阿蘇に向かう途中、Mar you∴ さんに声を掛けていただき、「ひとしずく夕涼み夜市」にてハンドパン演奏をシェアしました！

そして、阿蘇ライブメンバーの Kamyu／空色カミュさんと Hirokiss Moussa Murai さんも加わり即興初コラボも！！

マルシェは温かく広々とした自由な空間が広がっていました。めっちゃ気持ちよかったし、最幸な時間を一緒に創れて楽しかった😊

Cacao X Ecstatic Dance【踊る瞑想】in 大阪 ✨🫶🪷

9/17 (木)大阪、能勢町でエクスタティックダンスを開催します！
今回は2部制で僕は主に1部のエクスタティックダンスを担当します。
そして、なんとウェルカムドリンク＆ヴィーガン料理付きです🍀

エクスタティックダンスは、自由に身体を動かす「動く瞑想」。
お酒なし。携帯電話なし。おしゃべりなし。

決まった振り付けも、正解も間違いもありません。
上手に踊る必要も、人目を気にする必要もありません。

音楽に身を委ね、感じるままに踊ることで思考を手放し、心と身体を解放していきます。
ジャッジもなく、安心安全の場で、ただ自由に、自分自身を表現する時間です。

On Thursday, September 17th, we’re bringing Ecstatic Dance to Nose, Osaka!
This special gathering will be held in two parts, and I’ll be mainly facilitating the Ecstatic Dance in Part 1.

And there’s more — a welcome drink and delicious vegan food are included! 🌿

Ecstatic Dance is a form of “moving meditation” where you are invited to move your body freely and express yourself through dance.

There is no judgement, no right or wrong, and no need to be a “good dancer.” 
Simply surrender to the music, move with whatever you feel in the moment, and gradually let go of your thoughts — allowing your body, mind, and heart to open and release 🫶

大野城まどかぴあでコンサートをしました✨🙏✨

福岡を拠点に活動されているジェンベ奏者の Hirokiss Moussa Murai さんと一緒に出演。この1年間、一緒にしたいねぇと話してたのが現実となりました！
今年、大野城まどかぴあは30周年となり316回目となる歴史あるティータイムコンサートにお呼ばれしました。テーマは「未来へ」ということで古代から伝わるディジュリドゥとジェンベで登場し、超近代的な楽器ハンドパンを奏で、最後は古代と近代の斬新なコラボで締めました。

会場には約100人ぐらいの方が来てくれました！また先日「世界の果てまでイッテQ！」というテレビ番組内でハンドパンが出たおかげで多くのご来場者の方々にハンドパンの生音をお届けして多くのポジティブな感想をいただきました🪷

最幸な時間を一緒に創れて楽しかった😊

福岡県にある日本三大八幡宮の筥崎宮にて奉納パフォーマンスでした✨ .official
official さんと前々日にお会いし、急遽決まったパフォーマンスでリハもなしの一発勝負でしたが、息がピッタリ、最高のコラボになりました！

筥崎宮は小さい頃から行ってた神社で、時を経てお世話になってた神社に奉納させていただくのはなかなか感慨深いです🙏改めて、劔朧（けんろう）さん、お誘いいただきありがとうございました♪もっとしましょうね！

Fukuoka Prefecture’s ‘Hakozaki Shrine’, one of Japan’s three great Hachiman shrines, was the venue for this sacred offering performance. ✨

I met .official just two days before the event, and this performance came together at the last minute. We had no rehearsal—just one chance to make it happen—but it was perfectly in sync, and it turned into an amazing collaboration!

Hakozaki Shrine is a place I’ve visited since I was a child, so being able to return years later and offer a performance there was truly meaningful and emotional. 🙏

Once again, thank you so much, Kenro-san, for inviting me and making this unforgettable opportunity possible! ♪ Do more!!
