Planning a micro-event (15–50 guests) is mostly about doing the right thing at the right time. Here's the countdown we see work best:

6 weeks out: lock the date and venue
4 weeks: send invites, pick your caterer
2 weeks: confirm headcount and dietary needs
1 week: write a run-of-show, test the AV
Day of: arrive early for setup

December fills up fast and the best dates go first. Our holiday spaces start at $90/hour, sized for the 15–50 person party: too big for a restaurant back room, too small to need a hotel ballroom.

Want it handled? Tables, chairs, dishware, AV, bar service and catering are all available on-site. Prefer your own caterer? Book the room and bring them in.
