It's official! Please welcome Aurora Bellydance; a performance troupe on a professional track. Give us a LIKE and follow our belly dance adventures! SHOWS! TRAINING! SPARKLES! OH MY!
Hey! Who are we? Allison, Andrea, Becca, Erica, Helen, Michelle, Sam, and Stephanie are Aurora Bellydance Company. Each with their own individual dance background, all have found themselves together moving forward in their dance journey under the direction of Sally Myrfield.
I little history- In 2009, Sally was in an advanced level bellydance class that she pushed to enter a local competition. The seed was planted and the standard was set. The following year the desire for a high level class became reality and Sally began to train a group of dedicated ladies; with a big focus on performance quality. Since day one the group has continued to accelerate beyond its initial ideas, and has progressed to become a solid performance troupe.
"Aurora" is the Goddess of the Dawn in Roman mythology. This troupe is on to the next chapter in their dance careers; a new dawn. Constantly evolving, they push themselves to high levels, and the result a beautiful burst of colour and light: Aurora.
