Ensemble Etoile Choral Society Vancouver-based women’s choir | Singing classical, folk, and contemporary choral music since 2004

🎶 Ensemble Etoile is a women’s choir based in Vancouver, BC, dedicated to choral excellence through education, collaboration, and community performance. Founded in 2004 by Artistic Director Roseanna Chu, the choir is known for its beautiful tone and flowing musical style. Our repertoire spans early and classical choral music, Canadian and international folk songs, and contemporary works. We are pr

oud members of the BC Choral Federation and Canadian Choral Communities Association, and we regularly perform seasonal concerts in collaboration with other Metro Vancouver choirs. We rehearse twice a month in the Kerrisdale area and hold two major performances each year: a winter concert and a spring concert. We also participate in outreach programs for seniors and families.

🌟 New members welcome! We hold auditions annually and are currently seeking Sopranos, Second Sopranos, and Altos. If you love singing and are interested in joining us, please reach out to arrange a chat or sit in on a rehearsal.

We’re kicking off our new choir season with a Sing & Social on Tuesday, August 26 at 6:30 PM—and you’re invited.

If you enjoy singing and are looking for a welcoming group to make music with, come meet Ensemble Etoile. We’re currently looking for sopranos, mezzo sopranos, and altos to join us this season.

Whether you’re curious about joining or just want to sing a little and see what we’re all about, this is a great chance to drop by. We’d love to see some new faces (and welcome back familiar ones too).
