26/27 SEASON // The art of sharing space

“It’s so much more than coming to see a show...it’s being invited and welcomed into these different spaces like this. I’m not only looking at who is currently in the space, but also who is not here.” — Starr Muranko

For the past five years, Ballet BC dancers have been collaborating with Artists-in-Residence Margaret Grenier (Gitxsan/Mushkegowuck (Swampy Cree)) and Starr Muranko (Mushkegowuck (Swampy Cree)). In our 40th anniversary season, this special partnership will make its way onto the Queen Elizabeth Theatre stage when Grenier and Muranko premiere a capsule creation reflecting the work that has taken shape over time. A historic moment in a landmark season celebrating four decades of Ballet BC—we hope you can join us.

Experience the creation at ‘Everything you ever...’ on Saturday March 6 alongside works by William Forsythe and Medhi Walerski, and a guest duet by dancers from the National Ballet of Canada.

Save 20% off all three 26/27 programs when you become a Ballet BC subscriber. Tickets to single performances starting at $19 are on sale August 5.
