I LOVE drawing my tattoo designs! It’s literally the most fun part of my job. I usually assemble and collage my reference images, adding and taking away details, putting different subjects together in a design with a specific body part in mind. Then I’ll go on and do a full sketch, mapping out the darks and the lights to create a high contrast image that will be readable from a distance and hold up over time. Then I go in for a final drawing and add any colour that I think will make it pop. Every tattoo is drawn, without AI, just my hands and my creativity working toward a vision. Maybe I’ll do a post showing some of my sketches, because some of them look so cool!
