The Main Event: X is happening this Fri Dec 2 8pm at the Vogue theatre. Come watch some of the best Canada has to offer including some of our wonderful faculty members. Let's talk Heels! Have you thought of learning to dance and building your confidence in them?⁠

This workshop is for those who are new to dancing in heels or are looking to brush up on their foundational technique. The five-week series will go over the basics of walking in a heel, weight transitions, and body posturing. Each class will start with a warm-up focusing on injury prevention and balance, followed by drills for technical development, ending with a piece of choreography that will be learned over the course of the workshop. Come for the high-energy fun of a drop-in class, and leave with the technical development of a progressive workshop! Last class will be filmed by a videographer.⁠
