The ** **, hosted by in partnership with the , definitely felt like the official kickoff to spring this past Saturday April 04th, 2026.
Expanding the footprint to include a full closure of **Dunsmuir Street** was a brilliant move. It transformed that section of the Downtown District from a corporate thoroughfare into a genuine community hub, doubling the capacity and giving everyone—from hardcore dancers to families—plenty of breathing room.
**The Music: “Wax & Flower”**
The highlight of the day was the **WAX & FLOWER** stage. Curated by **Kozue**, the vinyl-only, all-femme lineup brought a level of warmth and soul that digital sets sometimes miss.
* **Sakiko Nagai** (visiting from Toronto) and locals **Niña Mendoza**, **Beiti**, and **Kozue** delivered a seamless flow.
* The progression from boogie and soul in the afternoon into deeper house and disco as the sun went down perfectly matched the “impermanence of spring” theme.

The Endless Summer festival was an unforgettable celebration of House music and good vibes. With a lineup of talented acts, including Move to Swing, Tiger & Woods, DJ Claudette, Tortured Soul, Lisa Shaw, Juliet Mendoza, and Art of Tones. The event pulsed with energy and excitement. Each performance was individually pleasing, bringing its own unique style and flair to the festival grounds. DJ Claudette's excellent set got everyone moving, while Move to Swing added to the infectious atmosphere. The whole festival was a standout experience, capturing the carefree spirit of summer perfectly. Overall, it was a fantastic event that left a lasting impression, with great music, atmosphere, and memories that will linger long after the summer ends.
