T.G.I.F. hell ya! All my Cat & Fiddle Pub crew know that last weekend we went off - several birthdays to celebrate got everyone on the dancefloor, with plenty of sing-alongs and nostalgia. I'll be behind the decks Fri & Sat 8pm-2am, come by and party with us!

DJing National Tree Day with City of Surrey at Fleetwood Park last Saturday warmed my heart! Super exicted to be DJing for City of Surrey ReLeaf Tree Planting Sessions: five weekends of nature and community in Metro Vancouver's fastest-growing urban area. Parks are so important for the health of our region: not only are trees great air filters, but they provide homes for birds, bats and other woodland creatures, while giving us humans the chance to spend time in the forest without leaving the city. Working 3 nights a week as a DJ, I try to use my days off for resting and recharging. On Monday I hit up Centennial Beach Tsawwassen to do some cycling, kayaking and exploring along the shoreline. Bonus points to Delta Parks for the alcohol-allowed zone - toes in the sand and a drink in my hand, ain't life grand?

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! I was DJing at the Cat & Fiddle Pub on Friday night, so I invited everyone to *my* party. I received lots of well-wishes, less-than-usual song requests (as per the sign) and enough Tequila to make it a night to remember 🙂
BEST BIRTHDAY GIFT EVER from my wife Holly Haych, who arrived at midnight and stayed until 2am closing time - now that's true love! Thanks too for the photos, the convos, and for always buying at least one Tequila shot.

I'm back for this year's Green Timbers Day with City of Surrey Parks! This Saturday from 12pm-4pm I'll be DJing next to a lake, connecting with nature in the urban environment. Come out and enjoy the vibe - it's a great way to build connection and celebrate community.
