Forget all you think you know about karaoke. Live Band Karaoke w/ The Apartment hands the mic to you and behind you is a full jam band ready to make you sound like the headliner you've always been in the shower.
Where and When is this happening?
Sep 17 - Granville Island - 8pm - Vancouver Fringe Festival
Here's how it works: you scan a QR code, browse hundreds of party anthems, and pick your song. Our bandleader dials in your perfect key, our backup singers have your back on every chorus, and the lyrics are right there on stage. From the first downbeat, you're not doing karaoke, you're fronting a live rock band.
Born in BC, LBK with The Apartment has lit up ballrooms, breweries, weddings, and corporate stages across the Lower Mainland. The format is simple and a little dangerous: the more people who step up, the bigger the night gets. Strangers become a crowd, a crowd becomes a choir, and somewhere around the second chorus of a song you didn't know you needed, the whole room is on its feet.
At Fringe 2026, we're once again bringing the full live experience to Granville Island. No tracks. No auto-tune. Just a real band, a real crowd, and your name on the setlist. And we play any song in YOUR key.
Come watch. Better yet, come sing.
