I’ve altered my morning routine in the past month and I want to share because they have increased my sense of content + productivity so much ♥️

01. No longer charging my phone at my bedside and using the Home as an alarm clock. This has completely cut out my bad habit of scrolling before bed + upon waking and I feel 1000% better!

02. 30min morning walks. On the days I don’t go to the gym in the morning, I go for a brisk walk around the neighbourhood listening to a podcast. I realized a long time ago that while my daily lunch walk with Bean was good, it was not nearly enough to help me get the number of steps I needed in a day of wfh.

03. Warm water first thing. This isn’t really new - I’ve been doing it forever but I love it because it’s such an effective physical (flushing your body) + mental (you’re doing something kind for your body) thing to do in the morning. For me, coffee comes immediately after, of course 😜
