Join us at our free September pre-audition workshops for an opportunity to try improv, get involved in UBC’s improv community, and prepare for auditions (if you want to join the cast)! Advanced sign up not required, you just have to show up!
These workshops will be suuuper beginner-friendly and low-stress, perfect for someone who wants to try improv for their first time! They are also a great way to practice if you plan on auditioning for our Improv teams, but you can absolutely still come if you have no plans on auditioning! We hope to see you there! \:)
In our workshops, we will play improv games, learn some fundamentals, and have a chance to run scenes like they’d happen on stage, all in a low-stakes, low-stress setting! Whether you just want to try something fun or you’re an aspiring performer or creative, our coaches and community will be there to support you on your Improv journey. Feel free to bring friends to make it even more fun!
