This show took months of planning, filming, editing and learning so many new skills for us to be able to bring our circus into a digital setting. We worked diligently to ensure that the show is not a meager shadow of live performance, but a creation that stands on its own within the media we chose. We are so proud of what we created and we hope you will all enjoy our work and be inspired!

Here’s a look at what we’ve been calling “the zoom act”. We came up with the concept for our show during online training sessions together when we were doing our best to keep each other motivated, so this act really feels like the jumping off point for our show.

Being performing artists has not been easy for a while now. But that’s why we created this show.
After stewing in stress over our loss of work and a lack of motivation to train consistently, the three of us began meeting over skype to practice our handstands at home together and keep each other inspired. During these training sessions we would lament the lack of opportunities to perform and use our artistic skills. That’s when we started coming up with the concept for our show. We decided to take matters into (or onto) our own hands.
Now, months later, Locked Upside Down has been completed, and viewed by so many amazing supporters!
