✨SHOW ANNOUNCEMENT 2✨

We are so excited to reveal that our second and final show of our 2026 season is none other than Little Women, adapted by Joelle Wyminga!

From the classic novel by Louisa May Alcott, this adaptation is written for a small ensemble of five, the March sisters and Laurie, as these beloved characters tell their own story the way they so often did in childhood: through plays, music, and laughter, seamlessly becoming those that shaped their lives.

Through unbreakable bonds, misguided mistakes, and heartbreaking loss, they discover what is truly important to a life well lived during a time of political unrest.

Running December 1-6 2026 at The Nest, Granville Island.

✨SHOW ANNOUNCEMENT 1✨

We at Far From The Tree Productions are thrilled to announce the first show of our 2026 season, Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar.
In a time of constant political unrest, when conspiracies abound, and societal collapse feels all but inevitable, Shakespeare’s enduring tragedy draws a line through three disparate periods of history from Ancient Rome to present day.

Set in a nondescript modern nation, this production will explore the cyclical, nature of violence as a means of revolution, driven by a true ensemble cast.

Running June 2-7 2026 at Performance Works, Granville Island.
