I’ve wrapped up my fourth artist residency in Slocan. I’m so lucky to be hosted by . We make things alongside each other, go on little adventures, and she feeds me. I also get to spend time with her family. These weeks are always very inspiring and fruitful. This year I made a big bowl that’s decorated with the Silversmith Power and Light Hydroelectric Station in Sandon (it’s over 100 years old!), a whole cabin modelled after F***y Pickett’s “boarding house”, and a tray with a ski slope.
