Western Hillel - "If not now, when?" -Hillel The Elder Our diverse program offers many opportunities for Jewish students of all backgrounds.

Hillel services the estimated 3000 Jewish students at the University of Western Ontario, Western’s affiliate colleges and Fanshawe College with the goal of enhancing the Jewish cultural, religious and social experience of all Jewish students. Through innovative initiatives, exciting programs and engaging education, Hillel provides a connection to Jewish life during this important stage in the lives of students.

Your gift is a student’s way in.

$54 gives a student their first Shabbat dinner, the kind that makes a new campus feel like home.
$180 supports a mezuzah painting workshop, turning creativity into a student’s first connection to Jewish identity.
$360 can fund advocacy training, often a student’s first door into Hillel.
$1,800 sends a curious student to our national Shabbaton, connecting them to a Jewish community far beyond their own campus.

AND RIGHT NOW YOUR GIFT GOES TWICE AS FAR. Until August 28, every gift to Hillel Ontario will be doubled, up to $20,000.

Recently, Hillel Western and SMASH Pickleball hosted a pickleball tournament for raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House. The Ronald McDonald House supports families and provides essential resources to children in need of healthcare. We are proud to announce that the tournament raised over $2000. Thank you to everyone who organized this wonderful event and to all who came out to participate or cheer on their peers!
