Today is our set up day! Hosting a Street Festival is no easy task! The Streets can only be closed for so long before hand, so when it's go time, it's GO TIME. Today we will ensure each one of our Sponsors is showcased throughout the Streets and that each recognition aspect of the Sponsorship agreements is perfectly executed.

This weekend is the Morden Corn & Apple Festival. We have been honored to be managing their Sponsorships since 2023.
They were one of the first Festivals to sign up with us and give us the opportunity to manage Sponsorships. We are so grateful for them. Thank you Morden Corn & Apple and all the amazing Sponsors for trusting us with this! We can’t wait to show off each of the Sponsors at this weekends Festival!

In the City of Winkler, the Winkler Flyers manage the Rink Boards in the Centennial Arena. We manage the Rink Boards and Wall Ads in the ICON Arena. We are in the process of renewing all of the existing Wall Ads now and replacing all the Rink Boards. This arena is going to look so good when it’s done! What to even say. We had a super successful 2026 Winkler Harvest Festival

I am beyond grateful for the City of Winkler trust and for the opportunity to manage this event as well as sell the sponsorships for it. This is our biggest event of the year and it is worth every ounce of sweat.

This was obviously my favorite festival yet....guys I wore a track suit! And it wasn't black lol that's serious

There are so many people to thank. If I overlook you, please know, I (Karina) am still running on limited hours of sleep ha ha so I am sorry!

Thank you to my kids dombueckert Seoyoung Hwang at Neeto Studio and Katie Mae Bueckert as well as my partner Pranay Bhatnagar and of course Nathan and Aiden Friesen at airborneamusements and Bhryden Doherty at Concerts On Request for being so willing to do things as needed throughout the full week, no matter the hour. You guys make this so worth it

When I say it takes a village, trust me, it takes a village...and this village is always growing.

We had so many volunteers throughout the weekend helping out.

Notes: photo 1 was taken Monday at 1;30 am after we were debriefing from the weekend, yes we are that tired. Ha ha
