Hi everyone! 🩷

I thought it was the perfect time to pop on here and reintroduce myself as we get ready to celebrate a huge milestone at STAND OUT Dance Collective!

My name is Miss Courtney, and I am the proud Creator & Director of SODC.

As we prepare to kick off Season 5, I find myself reflecting on just how grateful I am for the incredible support we’ve received over the past four seasons. From our very first dancers and families to every student who has joined us along the way, thank you for helping shape SODC into the amazing community it is today.

What I love most about this studio isn’t just the dancing—it’s the confidence built, the friendships formed, the goals achieved, and the family we’ve created together. Watching our dancers grow year after year continues to be the most rewarding part of this journey.

Season 5 feels extra special. Not only are we celebrating five incredible years, but we’re also looking ahead to everything still to come. We have exciting classes, opportunities, events, and plenty of surprises planned to make this our best season yet!

Whether you’re a returning SODC family or considering joining us for the very first time, I would love to welcome you to our studio family.

SODC has 15 solo & duet performances taking the stage one more time this season!! We are so proud of you all and we can’t wait for one final incredible competition as we OFFICIALLY wrap up another amazing SODC dance season! 🩵🩷

As of today, we have OFFICIALLY wrapped up CDTA Tap Exams for 2026! 🤩

This season, we had 19 SODC students complete tap exams at various levels, and we are so incredibly proud of each and every one of them for their hard work, dedication, commitment, and perseverance throughout the process!

At SODC, we always strive to help our students carry valuable life lessons with them through dance, and completing exams is such an amazing opportunity to build confidence, discipline, and resilience along the way.

Now it’s time to celebrate all their accomplishments… and onto the next grade! 🎉✨
