We stayed open as long as we could, but for everyone’s safety, the trail is officially closing a little early tonight.

We had an absolute blast bringing the scares, screams, and chaos to life, and we hope you loved every haunting moment!

No bouncy castles this evening — but the trail is alive and waiting for you!
It will be wet and mucky in some spots, so dress for the mess and embrace the chaos. 🌧️🕸️

This is our FINAL 2 DAYS of the season — we don’t want to close without giving everyone one last chance to scream! 🖤

Special Message from The Tyendinaga Terror Trail

Over the years, The Terror Trail has proudly donated thousands of dollars through our annual fundraiser , Costumes for Kids— partnering with Party City to provide brand-new Halloween costumes for kids in our community. Each year, we’ve loved helping them pick out exactly what they wanted, while also keeping a bin of gently used costumes for anyone who needed one. 👻🎃

This year, however, our hearts and focus are shifting.
We want to sincerely thank you for your understanding — and let you know that we will not be giving away costumes this Halloween.

But don’t worry — our Free Family Night is still happening on Halloween Night! 🕸️
Bring your family to trick-or-treat through the trail, collect goodies, and enjoy spooky fun — absolutely free!

This year’s fundraising is going toward something close to home — one of our own.
Our incredible team member Melissa, who has been part of the Terror Trail since day one, was recently diagnosed with breast cancer just weeks before we opened this year. Despite undergoing weekly chemotherapy treatments, she’s continued to show up for our team and community with her signature energy and love for Halloween.

Now, it’s our turn to show up for her. 💗
Funds raised from this season’s trail will go directly to support Melissa and her family as they navigate the uncertainty ahead. We know she’s resilient, strong, and loved by all who meet her.

Thank you for understanding that this year’s “give back” looks a little different — because when one of our own needs help, we rise together. 💀🖤

October isn’t just about Halloween (though you know we live for the scares 👻🎃). It’s also Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this year, that means something extra to our Terror Trail family.

One of our core team members is currently going through weekly chemotherapy treatments. Even in the middle of that fight, they’ve continued to show up with so much heart — helping bring the trail to life and inspiring all of us with their strength.

This isn’t just a Halloween event to us. It’s a community. It’s family. And behind all the fog machines, jump scares, and spooky vibes, there are real people with real stories.

This October, we invite you to spread awareness and send out good energy to everyone affected by breast cancer — the fighters, the survivors, the families, and the loved ones. Whether it’s through sharing information, wearing pink, supporting local fundraisers, or simply holding someone in your thoughts — every gesture makes a difference.

Thank you for continuing to support us, for showing up, and for walking this trail with us — through every kind of season. 🩷🖤🩷
