As we start the countdown toward our Annual Festive Market we want to give you a little hint of the magic that will be brought to 15 Young St on Friday November 28 from 4-8pm. SO without further ado applications are NOW OPEN for our annual Festive Artisan Market on Friday November 28 from 4-8pm at Truro Farmers Market Cooperative! Our jury will be accepting applications until the firm 6pm deadline on September 8. Please share, apply, tell your pals & be sure to join us!

🌟ECA strives to bring unique, one of a kind + skilled makers from around the maritimes together under one roof in downtown Truro. All selected applicants MUST represent themselves at the show. Our event is located at Market Hall (15 Young St Truro), is FREE to the public and is an accessible space.

📣Fill out ALL the questions below and send quality images to [email protected].

#1. Name (First, Last, Pronouns)| Business Name | Social Media | Website

#2. Craft Category: Leather, Food & Baking, Fibre Art, Textiles, Ceramics, 2D Art, Jewellery, Housewares, Fashion, Woodwork, Cosmetics etc **PLEASE NOTE ** if you work in multiple mediums choose which best suits you but also tell us about ALL the products you’d like to bring.

#3. Tell us about your work from inspiration -> design -> finish. Why do you make what you make?!

#4. How much of your product is made by you? Which elements/materials are not constructed or designed by you? If you do not construct or design part of your works let us know why.

#5. Tell us ALL product(s) you plan to sell and the price range(s) of them.

#6. Where is your business located?

#7 Include 3-5 high quality photos of your work as well as one photo of your booth set up.

#8 Tell us if you’d prefer a 4ft space ($35) 6ft space ($50) or 8ft space* ($65). *The jury may ask you to size down depending on need and number of artisans. Tables are included.

There is limited space in each category and we may take into consideration how many times you’ve participated in the past. We strive to keep a balance throughout our maker categories, encourage talent rotation and give the opportunity to as many new artisans as possible.

Make sure to answer ALL the questions so the jury can fairly judge your application.

🎉🎊TODAY! We’ve all been working pretty hard to make this (party) happen. Come see the folks who have been drawing, painting, carving, shaping, throwing, baking, beading, sewing, felting, sanding, trimming, concocting, brewing, mixing, printing, cooking, hammering, knitting, crocheting, inking, problem solving and finishing the handcrafted one of a kind pieces for this market. OPEN 4-8. Come see the light show on the library and enjoy the evening with us.

✨Just a note to those who like a more relaxed environment. The first hour is very busy but there is a lot of craft to go around. Think about coming by from 7-8!
