Join us this Saturday for FRAGRANCE with Roberto Soria! PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED // Link in bio 🔗

This interdisciplinary improvisation workshop begins with a focus on individual connection to one’s body through methods of grooving, breathing, and listening. From there, opening into the space, leading by example and not by instruction, Roberto invites participants to observe, interpret “essence”, and join in a felt and spontaneous flow of movement, voice, beat and fashion making.

CONTEMPLATIVE DANCE WORKSHOP

A dance workshop to open up possibilities for your body and mind. Using Japanese Butoh and post-modern improvisation dance principles we cultivate embodied mindfulness through movement. With simple directions, we’ll move with curiosity, expanding creativity and movement capacity. This work can be done at many levels and challenges both the beginner and experienced mover. Start from where you are and find joy in your movement.
