Cue the Crew is a theatre usher and audience services training program for adults with developmental disabilities and autism who are interested in pursuing front-facing and customer-focused employment opportunities. In addition to in-class training, participants will be offered job-shadowing opportunities from experienced theatre ushers and front of house professionals in the MNjcc's own Al Green Theatre.

New this season, we are taking all trainees for an afternoon with Mirvish. This event will include a guided tour of the CAA Ed Mirvish Theatre, a conversation with a Mirvish usher, and tickets to the production of the hit musical, Hell's Kitchen - a coming-of-age jukebox musical inspired by the life and music of Grammy-winning artist Alicia Keys.

At Purple Carrots, our work with neurodiverse and disabled participants means these observances reflect the community we serve every day. We’re taking this month to recognize and amplify them.💜🥕
