Opening day was a huge success! We’re back in the gardens this Sunday with one of Toronto’s most iconic wellness experiences.

Join us Sunday, June 21 at Casa Loma’s iconic gardens for a special morning of Meditation & Movement led by Nino, presented by Soul Expansion.

Here’s what you need to know :

🌿 Arrival
Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and settling into the gardens. Enter from the east side of the Castle, outdoors around the side.

🧘 What to Bring
• A yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in
• A blanket, sweater, or layers (mornings can be cool)

🍽️ Food & Drinks
We recommend arriving lightly nourished. Avoid a large meal immediately before the experience.

📱 Preparation
Try to give yourself a little space before arriving. Consider limiting distractions, putting your phone away, and arriving with an open mind and heart.

Breathtaking Gardens by Soul Expansion at Casa Loma begins June 7th — every Sunday through August 30th.

Had the chance to do a beautiful 1-on-1 reformer session with Aileen from Innovative Fitness, and it made me even more excited for what’s coming this summer. Intentional movement, breath, energy, and community in one of Toronto’s most breathtaking spaces.

You can catch Aileen and the Innovative Fitness team at The Ritz-Carlton on July 5th for a special group Pilates mat class as part of the series.
