11/12 weeks complete! What an amazing ride it’s been. We’ve met some incredible people along the way, had some impactful and memorable experiences and got to experience something truly unique at one of Toronto most iconic venues.

Next week (August 30) will be our last experience of the season. We’re going to cap this season off with something special on Sunday so make sure you don’t miss it!!

THIS SUNDAY IN THE GARDENS IS GOING TO BE SPECIAL

We’re welcoming a very special musical guest all the way from Mexico Eduardo Castillo joining us at Casa Loma for this week’s Breathtaking Gardens experience.

Eduardo is a musician, composer and sonic storyteller whose work moves between organic instrumentation, electronic textures and influences from across the world, creating immersive experiences where music, nature and human connection meet.

And this Sunday, something really special is happening.

Eduardo will be joining Soul Expansion, Freddy and the Band of Souls to create a truly unique Breath + Sound Experience inside the gardens of Casa Loma . 🎶

We’ll begin by opening the body with a guided Mobility + Stretching session with Nick from One Academy moving, releasing tension and getting grounded for the morning.

Then we shift inward.

Breath.
Sound.
Music.
Presence.

Freddy and the Band of Souls will guide you through the Soul Expansion experience, with Eduardo adding his own musical language to the journey — creating an entirely unique soundscape for this Sunday morning.

A morning to move your body, open your senses, breathe deeply and experience live music in a completely different way.
