Theatre Continuum A Toronto based Theatre company dedicated to relevant and inclusive story telling.

Rooted by the knowledge that art is essential for community growth Theatre Continuum’s work and calling is to entertain, engage and reflect back our society’s ethos. We will endeavour this through the cannons of the Shakespeare's, Ibsen's, Brecht's, and Williams’ who begat us, by using their framework to discover archetypes and themes that no generation can escape. We will also foster and tell tho

ughtfully and inclusively the present tense stories we live, and strive to understand, so as to build another piece of framework for the generation and generations to come. Understanding our past and knowing what we want for the future inspires what we do in the (with our) present. A list of our past productions and new play workshops (as Stuck in the Mud):

Thanks to everyone who has already come out to support This is How We Got Here by Keith Barker at the Summerworks Festival. The journey to the stage has been joyful; the response to the work has been vocal and gratifying.

Our last show is tonight at 7:45pm on the Factory Theatre mainstage.

Featuring the vision of
director Eli Ham
designers Deanna Choi, Ryan Howard Clement and Isidra Cruz
actors Peggy Coffey, Deb Drakeford, James Downing and Martin Julien
and the generosity of a geographically sprawling Canadian theatre community

We hope that you can join us for the performance, or have a drink with us at the closing party, where every word said by every person there will really mean, "Phew! We made it!"

Congratulations to all of our festival colleagues, including the indispensable festival staff and volunteers. You made it. Break legs today/tonight. Be good to yourselves tomorrow.
