Taking place over the 18 days leading up to and including Labour Day, the CNE offers a wide variety of entertainment and events including Bandshell concerts, celebrity chef demonstrations, an aerial acrobatics and ice skating show, a dog show, a working farm, parades and a three-day Air Show, all of which are FREE with admission to the CNE. Midway rides and games, wacky fair food as well as intern

ational food and shopping are also popular highlights of this major Toronto event. Over the course of its 18 day run, the CNE attracts more than 1.5 million people each year.

Highlights from today's Warriors' Day Parade, a cherished CNE tradition since 1921 and the longest-running veterans' parade in the free world. 🇨🇦

This year marked the parade's 105th anniversary, celebrating the theme "Supporting Our Veterans Since the First World War."

Veterans, members of the Canadian Armed Forces, allied organizations and community groups came together for this remarkable tradition, marching from the Princes' Gates to Stanley Barracks in honour of service, sacrifice and remembrance.

This year's parade also marked the beginning of Exercise STEADFAST WARRIOR 26, with more than 300 soldiers from three Canadian Army regiments participating before deploying to the exercise.

Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered and joined us in recognizing those who have served. ❤️

🎬 Join us for a special screening of Play It Loud!, a documentary that celebrates the powerful impact of Jamaican music on Canada's cultural identity through the story of legendary performer Jay Douglas. 🎶

The celebration doesn't stop there. Jay Douglas will also be taking the stage as the opening act for Shaggy at the Bell SOUNDSTAGE at the Bandshell later that evening, making August 23 a must-see day for music lovers.
