Behind every picture and positive caption there were a few challenges, a learning lesson or two, or some minor setbacks. Despite the hardships faced in life, we don’t give up. I know it’s easier said than done, but we get back up and continue to move forward.
Every previous version of ourself is cheering us on, depending on us to get ahead and has helped us get to where we are today ! We owe it to our younger self to stay motivated and make them proud !
If your younger self could see you today, I bet there would be a standing ovation follwed by a big embrace while looking in each other’s eyes with a sense of gratitude. On one side “I couldn’t have done this without you” and on the other “You did this for us!” Such a heartwarming thought!
