Leslieville Improv Aces

Leslieville Improv Aces Offering a one-week improv camp for grades 2-4, taught by Toronto and Chicago Second City Theatre alumna, Lisa Brooke. To new beginnings! Hi everyone, I'm Lisa.

I have been living in and loving Leslieville for more than 10 years now. My daughter was born here ten years ago during my first year of home ownership. It was a big change to go from full time performer to full time mom. With the help of my best friend and partner Sam, I seem to have made a child who craves the spotlight and loves to be fast on her feet with songs, dialogue and characters. I realize it's time to face the fact that I may have made another ME! So with a menu of games I know that my MINI ME would love, and a curriculum that explores the spontaneity and innovation of childhood, I'm proud to launch this improvisation program into the neighbourhood I call home. I hope to grow this program through the next few school years and give Leslieville Improv a permanent home. We're going to have a blast, I hope you can join the fun!
