Here you will find offerings related to therapy, creativity and dance/movement. I am a somatically oriented, Expressive Arts Therapist working at the intersection of talk therapy, embodiment and creative practice. I support people who feel disconnected from themselves, caught in recurring patterns or looking to reconnect with their emotions, creativity and sense of purpose. My work is grounded in the understanding that mental health involves the whole person—not just the mind. I understand the mind as part of a larger ecosystem shaped by biological, social, emotional and spiritual experience. I believe healing begins when every part of ourselves has the opportunity to belong. I offer a collaborative, creative approach that integrates conversation with embodied and expressive arts-based practices. When words alone are not enough, creative processes can open alternative pathways to insight, healing and change. This work is guided by a simple belief: every part matters, every part belongs and wholeness emerges through relationship. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years as a professional dancer with The National Ballet of Canada, Ballet British Columbia and Kevin O'Day Ballett Nationaltheater Mannheim. My therapeutic work continues to be informed by a lifelong engagement with movement, creativity and embodied practice. I hold a Master's in Expressive Arts Therapy and Psychology and am a registered Social Service Worker (OCSWSSW) in Ontario.
