Focused Studios caters to busy parents with an active child, and adults with hectic schedules eager to get moving. You shouldn’t have to stress about building fitness and fun into your daily routine. Our classes are primarily drop-in style dance or fitness classes for both children and adults. As we’re in the early stages of launching, we have many fun class ideas and setups on the way!

Our MFP of the month is Randi! From the moment Randi walked through the doors, she brought so much energy and hasn’t slowed down since. Showing up with excitement, positivity, and incredible consistency since day one, Randi has become such a fun part of the Focused community!

With a dance background that shines through in every class, she never holds back, bringing full-out performance energy, big smiles, and contagious enthusiasm to every class.

Whether she’s cheering on the room or absolutely crushing the choreography, Randi makes every class more fun just by being there. Congratulations on being out MFP!

Parent & Baby Carrier Dance Fit is back! 🎶

Starting next August 4th running until September 1st, join us every Tuesday at 11:00am for an epic bonding experience!

These classes cater to all fitness levels! Your baby will LOVE bopping around to the tunes - sometimes even sneak in a little nap!

While this is a 5 week session, drop-ins are welcomed. Please note that class sizes are limited and we do recommend registering in advance.
