Focused Studios caters to busy parents with an active child, and adults with hectic schedules eager to get moving. You shouldn’t have to stress about building fitness and fun into your daily routine. Our classes are primarily drop-in style dance or fitness classes for both children and adults. As we’re in the early stages of launching, we have many fun class ideas and setups on the way!

Since the day we opened, Ana Carolina has been showing up week after week with the best energy and positive attitude, always ready to dance her heart out! Whether she’s in Dance Fit or stepping out her comfort zone to try a new style, we love seeing her bring her energy into the studio.

It has been so special getting to know Ana Carolina over the past year and watching her become such a consistent part of the Focused community. Thank you for showing up, trying new things, and bringing your amazing vibes into the studio every week. We’re so lucky to have you!

A little bit of why we choose to bring Blume into the studio 🤎

At Focused, we’re all about movement, but we’re also about the little things that make you feel good outside the studio.
