Get ready for an unforgettable evening of music, culture, and community as The Gathering: A World Arts Celebration welcomes Toronto artist Bronson Ellery to the stage at Humber Polytechnic Lakeshore Campus for Humber Match Day!

A singer-songwriter, producer, actor, and model, Bronson Ellery creates music that blends modern pop with timeless influences from artists such as David Bowie, Michael Jackson, Prince, Harry Styles, The 1975, and The Beatles. Through themes of romance, heartbreak, self-love, and longing, his music captures the experience of a young old-school lover in the modern era.

With performances at Breaking Sound, The Baby G, Mississauga Celebration Square, and as a headliner for Open Concepts, Bronson has built a reputation for captivating audiences with his authentic storytelling and dynamic stage presence. Following a complete artistic rebrand, he is set to release his highly anticipated debut project, With Love, in Summer 2026, following the release of his singles Let Me Know and Give In.

Get ready for an unforgettable evening of music, culture, and community as The Gathering: A World Arts Celebration welcomes acclaimed Afro-jazz artist Jonathan Nvita to the stage at Humber Polytechnic Lakeshore Campus for Humber Match Day!

Born in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, Jonathan Nvita is a singer, composer, and Afro-jazz artist whose music beautifully bridges African traditions and contemporary jazz. His distinctive sound blends African rhythmic languages with the harmonic richness of jazz, creating performances that are both deeply rooted in heritage and globally resonant.

A graduate of Humber College’s Bachelor of Music (Voice) program, with further studies in Sound Recording at McGill University, Jonathan combines technical excellence with a deeply intuitive artistic vision. Guided by his belief that “music is spiritual,” his work explores themes of identity, heritage, connection, and belonging, inspiring audiences through powerful storytelling and soulful musicianship.
