WE’RE HIRING: VIRTUAL ASSISTANT / ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

DNA | Douglas Nyback Acting is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive administrative professional to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys systems, scheduling, communication, invoicing, and keeping a busy creative business running smoothly.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing client emails and scheduling
• Coordinating coaching sessions, consultations, and self-tape requests
• Responding to client inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Managing invoicing and basic payment administration
• Maintaining calendars, records, and administrative systems
• Supporting program enrolment and client onboarding
• Helping the team stay organized as the company continues to grow
• Completing limited, time-sensitive inbox check-ins on weekends

This is not a traditional Monday-to-Friday-only role. While the majority of the work will take place during the week, our clients work in film and television, which means occasional audition requests and scheduling needs can arise on weekends. Applicants must be comfortable completing brief weekend inbox check-ins when required.

We are looking for someone who is:

• An excellent communicator
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Reliable, responsive, and proactive
• Confident using digital tools and learning new systems
• Interested in growing with a creative, education-focused company

Experience with scheduling, customer service, virtual assistance, administration, invoicing, Kajabi, Google Workspace, or creative businesses is an asset. Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow is also a plus.

WE’RE HIRING: YouTube Video Editor & Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive person to help produce and distribute our acting podcast, educational YouTube videos, and social content.

This is an editing-first role, with additional responsibility for managing and growing our YouTube and social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form podcast episodes and YouTube videos in Adobe Premiere Pro • Create Shorts, Reels, and vertical clips from long-form content • Improve pacing, storytelling, viewer retention, and overall quality • Organize project files and maintain an efficient post-production workflow • Support occasional in-person filming, including camera, lighting, and audio setup • Upload and schedule YouTube videos and Shorts • Write strong titles, descriptions, and chapters • Coordinate thumbnails and optimize content for growth • Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement • Manage the social calendar, brainstorm ideas, and track deadlines

What we’re looking for:

• Experience editing podcasts and long-form video • Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills • Experience creating short-form vertical content • Knowledge of YouTube SEO, retention, and channel growth • Working knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoPod, Canva, Later, or similar tools is an asset

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, collaborative, and interested in YouTube, podcasting, education, acting, and the entertainment industry.
This is a part-time, Toronto-based role with remote work and occasional in-person filming.

🎬 HIRING — KAJABI FUNNEL SPECIALIST
I’m relaunching my on-camera audition course and I need a tech-savvy Kajabi expert to build the infrastructure around it. The product is already live — I need someone to build the funnel, the automations, and wire everything together.
The scope:
— Sales page build in Kajabi
— Two automated email pipelines (cold traffic + warm list re-engagement)
— Post-purchase onboarding sequence + upsell automations
— Launch coupon setup with automatic expiry
— Full QA before go-live
You need to know:
— Kajabi inside and out (pipelines, sequences, offers, coupons, segmentation)
— Email automation and funnel logic
— Mobile optimization and basic conversion-focused design
Bonus points if you also know:
— Meta Pixel setup and purchase event tracking
— Retargeting audience configuration in Meta Ads Manager
I will be writing all copy myself. I need someone who builds clean, functional systems and can walk me through what they’ve built when it’s done.
